Milli Pack provides a comprehensive range of thermal ink jet printers to apply identifying marks such as dates, trace ability codes, logos and batch codes to almost any kind of porous material or surface.
Nano Series
Systems of the Nano Series are self-contained printers, also referred to as “all-in-one-box” systems: wide 5” touch screen display, controller, ink-system and print-head all gathered in the same enclosure. They are the most compact solutions of all our product range, and are made of highly resistant materials.
Color Series
Reduced packaging inventory by removing pre-printed packaging or expensive pre-printed labels and increased productivity thanks to better identification and trace ability of the products.
Short production runs with instant change-over. Zero downtime in your production. There are 2 versions available both available for 72 and 144mm print height
Print Heads
ALE Print heads offers the possibility to print in any direction! Side, top, bottom, flat and even with an angle!
The print-heads in this range have been especially designed to fulfill Coding and Marking needs for all kinds of applications. Very robust, they can resist difficult environments (dusty, cold, Humid) without any impact on the quality of the codes.
Controllers
The Master + Series is the newest controller of the ALE’s range, improving the functionalities of the Master Series machines to offer you an even more advanced, and more user friendly device for all your coding and marking needs One single controller can drive up to 8 x 72mm print-heads, managing a total of 576mm of print height.
The Master+ controller has been especially designed to make your daily processes easier: its wide 7” LCD Colour screen, Equipped with a powerful DualCore CPU board, this control box is also a very powerful and quick system, helping you maximise your production and reduce downtimes. It can be easily integrated to your production area thanks to its different connection modes: TCP/IP, RS232, Wi-fi (option).
Ink Range
Our oil-based inks and flushing solutions are especially suitable for applications on porous substrates such as brown and white non varnished boxes, bags, etc. They are the easiest inks to use as they don't require priming before printing. Just switch on and go! The inks are available in black and in various different colours to fulfill your requirements
